Design of promotional brochure for the
contemporary office premises at Pacific House, near Reading. Using the existing
identity, I progressed the design by bringing to the fore a focus on space and the industrial design detail throughout the refurbished building. As well as setting a clean layout of text with lots of white space, I applied a transparent blue overlay to images throughout to emphasise the airy quality of the spaces, created by ample use of glazing, particularly in the large atrium.

I designed the front-end of a website promoting the newly refurbished office spaces, using photography of graphical details of the architecture to bring to the fore the merit of the build.

The emailer design was based on the brochure styling. The emailer was a communication update on the completion of development and on space available to let, after a successful three quarters of new transactions.
