Alchemi Group — Leinster Square W2
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY BRANDING; concepts
Design and development of an identity for a regenerated property on Leinster Square W2. The brief for the pitch was to represent the area in a bohemian, Arts & Crafts style with references to the horticultural past of the garden square. The suggested identity refers to William Hudson, a resident of the square at the turn of the century, a world renowned ornithologist and founding member of the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds.
Design ideas shown are for the logo, invite and Townhouse/Apartment/
Location brochures contained in a box. Clashing fabric/board covers, embossed birds and die-cut foliage areas revealing the foiled logo embody the bohemian spirit of the period.
Leinster Square has been working with RSPB and Royal Parks to make the square wildlife friendly. With this in mind, the design, which is also applied to hoarding visuals as shown here, is always layered to create the feeling of entering a secret garden. The hoarding would have lighting between the floral
die-cut panel and the blue base panel with messaging. Website visuals were also created.
