Design of promotional and specification brochures for One Blackfriars, a luxury residential tower and development on the South Bank. The design is based on existing branding but a refresh, complementing the residence interiors with a minimal design look, bringing to the fore the spectacular views from the apartments and the appeal of the location on the culturally diverse South Bank.

Use of metallic inks throughout and foiled finishes on brochure covers add an element of luxury. The hero brochure was cloth-bound in black, aligned with the current branding, with a gold foiled logo. For the specification brochures, I added some light reflective elements by using metallic ink gradient sections on the perfect bound covers and also colour coded each of the three specification brochures in the process.
